Conditions
When delivering by Hoppnonaut, two assistants must be provided. If the rent is not provided, the entire rental amount will be due and will not be accrued. If it rains, play must be stopped. The fans must be kept dry. It needs to be merged. The rental property must be dry when returned. Otherwise, €100.00 drying costs will be charged. If the rental property is not returned properly folded, costs for folding will be charged in the amount of €50.00 per assistant required. If the rental property is not returned properly, the deposit will be retained. Assistants must be provided for assembly and dismantling. Risk and liability pass to the tenant for the entire rental period from handover to return. The tenant assumes liability for all claims for damages arising from the use of the bouncy castle. In this respect, he releases the lender and owner from all his own and all third-party claims. These are to be regulated exclusively by the tenant. In addition to legal liability, the tenant assumes all responsibility for loss (overnight risk, vandalism, etc.). Hopponaut (William Schwimmbeck) is not liable for personal injury or property damage caused by setting up and dismantling, playing, transporting and storing the bouncy castle. When concluding the usage contract, the tenant acknowledges the proper condition and all operations mentioned here. The tenant undertakes to provide the bouncy castle including accessories such as fans, etc. to be treated with care and returned in a perfect and clean condition. This includes, in particular, reporting any damage and losses that have occurred. The bouncy castle must be folded up after use and prepared ready for transport. If returned improperly, a flat rate of 100.00 euros for cleaning costs will be charged. The tenant may not use the borrowed item other than in accordance with the contract. He is not entitled to leave the use and operation of the bouncy castle to third parties without the permission of the rental company. The tenant is liable for damage and will be taken into recourse. If the bouncy castle is left at the venue overnight, the renter is obliged to fold the bouncy castle (bottom side up), the same must be done if it rains. If it rains or stays overnight, the fans should be placed in a dry place.
Delivery, pick up
Assembly/dismantlingWe also supply bouncy castles. Due to their size, the bouncy castles can only be transported with a trailer/truck.
Delivery costs 0.30 euros per km. In addition, €70 per hour is charged per worker.
The rent for a trailer is €15.00. Additional assembly/dismantling staff must always be provided by the tenant (after consultation).
Assembly/dismantling
When setting it up, make sure that all parts of the bouncy castle can unfold freely and that no sharp objects stick into the bouncy castle. The surface should be grass. When setting up, all ventilation slots on the bouncy castle must be closed (there are zippers under the Velcro fasteners that must be closed). Anchors must always be set by the tenant and checked regularly and adjusted if necessary. Underlays (e.g. on gravel floors) are provided free of charge upon request. The maximum floor inclination must not exceed 5 degrees. Assembly and operation in wind forces above 5 is not permitted for safety reasons. If a boundary fence is used, a minimum distance of 1.8 m from the wall sides and 3.5 m from the entry sides must be maintained. Access must be at least 1 m. Anchoring of the bouncy castle/slide must be ensured; the included anchors or tension straps must be used for this purpose. The anchors must be attached to the eyelets provided in the opposite direction to the pulling direction. The anchors must be checked regularly. Electrical cables must not be accessible to the public. Adequate power supply must be ensured. 1.1kw of electricity is required per fan. Children must not get into the area of the fans.
Operation of the bouncy castle
At least 1 supervisor must always monitor the inflatable castle operation. At least 2 supervisors must be provided for slides/Mega Castles or Big Bubbles. At least one supervisor must be over 18 years old. Unless otherwise agreed, supervisors are provided by the tenant. The supervisor must also be identified as such. The supervisor must check the play operations and the number of children. Larger and impetuous users must either be removed from the bouncy castle or disciplined. The supervisor must ensure that the children do not injure each other by jumping on each other. Prohibited are: shoes, hard or sharp objects. Users must remove glasses. It is forbidden to bring food, drinks or chewing gum into the play equipment. Climbing or hanging on the boundary walls is prohibited. Prohibition of somersaults/somersaults or rough play behavior. If a piece of play equipment is not supervised, it must be checked that no one is in the area of the bouncy castle. Only then should the air be released and the power switched off. It is important to ensure that no one gets caught in the collapsing bouncy castle. Max. people & weight per bouncy castle Max weight per person 60kg. If otherwise stated. Folding the bouncy castle: When folding, make sure that the bouncy castle is clean and dry (if it is damp, please let it dry for hygienic reasons to avoid mold formation). The bouncy castle (if available) must be put back into the transport bag. If there is a pallet, the bouncy castle must be packed onto the pallet and lashed without any significant overhang. Folding the bouncy castle: place 1/3 of the castle on one long side on the black floor, then pull the other side flat over it. Make sure there is no air left in the castle. Now roll the long sausage very tightly together from one side and then roll it onto the pallet and tie it tightly. Inflatable castles that are not folded properly will be charged €50.00. These must be paid upon collection plus the rental price.
